Music & Awana
Preschool and Children’s Music 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
For ages 4 yrs. through 5th grade
Awana Club 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
For ages 3yrs. through 5th grade
Music time will include singing, instruments, rhythm, movement, and drama with practice toward performances throughout the year.
Awana is a kids club designed to help kids understand and memorize God’s word and apply it to their life. They will be encouraged to accomplish sections in their handbook each week by receiving various awards throughout the year. They will also enjoy kid’s worship during “H2O” with fun interactive praise songs, puppets, video lessons and skits. Game time encourages coordination, sportsmanship, and team building.
Awana consists of three club divisions. Cubbies for ages 3-5 yrs., Sparks for Kdg.-2nd grade., T&T for 3-5th grade. Each division has their own uniform, handbook, and awards unique to their age group.
This will be the first night to kick off our new fall schedule. Parents are asked to come and attend an informational meeting about our new programs while the kids will get to enjoy a preview of what they will experience during the year. There is no cost for kids to join the Music and Awana program, but there is a small charge for Awana club shirts or vests. Other optional items will be available for purchase as well.
Awana helps churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ! We do this through:
